Appalling accommodation quality and terrible customer service AVOID!

My business colleagues and I were forcibly relocated here from their Berlaymont Apartments due to an alleged electrical failure before we had arrived although I don’t believe that they made any effort to try and fix the issue as our forced compute to our business meetings took us right past the Berlaymont flats and we saw no no sign of any repair effort. The alleged failure of electrical power only took place after they had taken our money and was made with less than 24 hours notice. You make up your own minds. The alternative apartment was this one on Rue de la Reinette. A real dump of an apartment. 1. No extractor fan in either bathroom or toilet and no windows. You can imagine the atmosphere after a few days. 2. Only a cold tap to was wash with in the toilet which is very unhygienic. 3. Peeling wallpaper everywhere and a wooden floor that looked like someone went ice skating on it. 4. The TV didn’t work at all. 5. A very grubby entry area full of cardboard boxes that blocked entry and were never cleared away. 6. Perhaps the worst aspect of the was the uncaring and totally unresponsive customer service. They did nothing to help in any way across the four days they my business colleague and I were there. They could not care less. Avoid these charlatans and spend your money elsewhere. I will NEVER use them again. AVIOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Appartement en mauvais état et sale, salle de bain plongée dans le noir. Ni porte-manteau ni porte-serviette. Cendre de cigarette sur le rebord de la fenêtre d'une chambre, portes sales, coussins tâchés, cours pleine de poubelles, etc. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit, ni par téléphone ni par mail, donc tout est resté en l'état pendant nos 3 jours sur place. Prélèvement supérieur à la réservation ! Bref, la totale... j'envisage une action pour dédommagement.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE PÉSIMO HOTEL, por los motivos q describo a continuación: Hicimos y pagamos a primeros de año 2020 una reserva en este hotel a través de Booking, para un viaje familiar en mayo a Bélgica. A consecuencia de la pandemia fue imposible viajar ya q estaban cerradas las fronteras, el mismo hotel nos dijo que nos darían un bono hasta el 31/12/2021. Tal y como estaba el el tema de la pandemia decidimos retrasarlo lo más posible, y elegimos el puente de la Constitución (4 al 8 diciembre 2021). Antes de esta fecha, les escribimos varios e-mail rogándoles nos prolongarán la reserva, ya que había dos personas con problemas de salud y baja prolongada, y que necesitamos retrasar el viaje. Hacen caso omiso de los e-mail, y cuando ya lo hacen, su respuesta es NO. EMPATIA CERO Se han quedado con nuestro dinero. NO RESERVEIS CON ESTE HOTEL, ante cualquier problema, no te van a solucionar nada, SOLO LES INTERESA COBRAR

Realmente nos parecía la mejor opción para viajar a Bruselas por la cercanía de servicios pero el trato es PÉSIMO. Por lo que nos vemos en la obligación de no recomendarlo, si vais a viajar a Bruselas buscad otra opción. No contestan mails, tienes que insistir para contactar con ellos que al estar tan lejos te planteas si te están timando. No hemos podido viajar por covid y bajas médicas que nos impiden salir del país. Entendemos por lo que está pasando la hostelería y restauración, pero ese no es motivo para robarnos, demuestra su falta de empatía y valores. Entrábamos hoy en el apartamento (ya que no nos han dejado cancelar y encima nos han cobrado 150 euros de fianza) y aún no nos han mandado el código para entrar en la casa ni nos contestan a los mails lo que nos hace pensar que la han realquilado.

¡EL PEOR HOTEL DE EUROPA! Recomiendo cualquier otro hotel antes que este. Si existe cualquier problema nunca os van dar a una solución. No responden por correo ni por teléfono. No pudimos realizar el viaje por la pandemia, se negaron a hacer el reembolso y con el bono que nos han hecho nos ha sido imposible viajar en la fecha reservada por problemas familiares. Les falta empatía y carecen de contacto con atención al cliente, básico para un hotel. Lo único que les importa es que hagas la reserva y luego se olvidan de ti cuando ya tienen el ingreso. Tampoco lo aconsejo contratar a través de Booking.com ya que fue así como hicimos la reserva y ni siquiera Booking pudo solucionarlo. Increíble que el día antes del viaje ni siquiera nos habían enviado el código para acceder al hotel, eso sí, te retienen el dinero de la fianza de tu cuenta pese a que no vayas.
